Just go to any of the online parts vendors and they will be happy to sell you one I don't know if I'm allowed to mention specific vendors names so I'll just give you a list of some of many: rallysportdirect, jscspeed, oakos, turninconcepts. Once one get it, just flash the stage 2 map (if your tbe is already installed that is) and you're good to go.

EDIT: Please tell me you're new tbe isn't catless. On the 07's a catless tbe requires a pro tune. Not even the cobb off the shelf stage 2 map is recommended and catless with no EM at all...thats just a recipe for a blown motor

Welcome to the forums. Start reading some of the stickies as they contain a wealth of information.

Well it may not be an "instead" exactly. If you go to a tuner that tunes cobb's then you have to have an AP first. They're are other EM choices such as turbo xs utec, Element Hydra, Ecutek, and opensource (maybe I'm missing a few). Once you have your EM of choice you would then find a tuner. The cobb is a nice easy plug and play solution that alot of people go with as its price/performance/ease of use puts at an interesting price point compared to the others.

Sorry that got more wordy that I hoped. In short. You would have to buy the AP either way. Then once your car is flashed with the cobb off the shelf stage 2 map you can then decide whether to go have it tuned or not (which if your tbe is catless is the best idea).

you mentioned boost creep. Hears a couple of links to get you started:
What is boost creep?

since you still haven't said whether your tbe is catless this is the service bulletin from cobb

I suggest you do a lot of reading on the Cobb Accessport and the 07's ECU. Their are a bunch of 'stickies' at the top of each forum. Check those out first.

I also suggest not going WOT until you have an EM (Accessport or something similar) to support the modifications you have done to your car. The 07 is finicky from the factory.

yea. thanks man. i would greatly appreciate it. cuz wen i put my tbe on i deff boosted more. and then after WOT my CEL came on. but then the next day it went away. and i got the code read and it said it was wastegate/turbo. like it wasnt used to more boost. but now its fine like the CEL isnt on anymore. but how long do you think im good until i get a AP and tune it.
