Default is this a boost leak?

I just installed my electric prosport gauge and know I have a weird noise that almost sounds like a rattle but not exactly and I also hear a whistling whereas I did not hear it that loudly before I installed it. Could it be a leak where I cut into the vacuum line off the the bpv?

ps- I am ots cobb stage 2 and it peaks around 17.5 ish

Put some zipties on the T for the vacuum lines. Mine leaked until I did this. It would make boost fall off dramatically. If your hitting target boost and normal taper, you're fine.
