Default I hear a sound coming from somewhere??

I noticed that whenever I give boost then I hear a whistle sound. It's not really a whistle sound more like a whooossshhhh sound. I really can't tell where it's coming, but I have a feeling it's coming from the passenger side. It sounds like there is a crack some where. Do you guys have any idea where it could be coming from?

Did you ever do a boost leak test?

Did you take out the intake silencer (aka tumor)? Thats probly just the noise of you're intake. But tighten all the couplers from the air box to the IC. Good luck!

I'm guessing its just the noise of the turbo... I can hear mine even with the stock air box in.. I'd bet money theres nothing wrong with your car.

^ I wouldn't bet money but I highly doubt there is something wrong. Have you noticed any loss of boost?

I have appointment at DS1 Motorsports next week on Friday for a boost leak test.

Yes. I am still trying to figure out what is the problem. The car doesn't spool as fast as it used to after getting tuned. Another way I can say is that the rpms don't go as fast as they used to after getting tuned.

You should be able to do a boost leak test yourself. Its pretty easy to do. You only need a few dollars to make your own pressure tester, and access to a tire pump or compressor to check it yourself.
