Default 35r question

what would it take to get 600+whp with a gt35r on 93oct gas or is it even possible? i havent seen one making over 600whp yet. if some one can show me a thread about this question it would be really helpful.

Try Meth and some race gas, that would get you closer to that number.

not gonna happen on 93(even with race gas or meth, probably not gonna happen). Maybe with a 40r. A 30R maxes around 450, a 35R around 525-550 or so. Spray and you will go over 600 whp. Have you ever driven an STI with over 500 WHP? Have you driven a Supra with over 1000? Same level of scary. You wanna break the tires loose in 4th, 500 whp STI will do it.

im just planning on a 35r set up and wanna see if it can reach 600whp thats all. i seen evo's reach that with a 35r setup so just wondering(idk about 93oct). and i never drove a 1000hp supra or 500hp sti but i been in a 1000+ toyota mark II in japan on the highway 300+km/hr.

If you look through the power bragging section, most everybody making over 600whp is on a 40r. 35R's will top out around 550 whp, which is a damn scary ride on the street. PM me if you want to discuss detailed parts for your build.

I am working on becoming a full-race dealer so I should be able to get you one of their kits if you are interested. I have tons of info about it because I am going to be doing one on my car in a few months.

They have shown full spool on the 35R kits right around 3900-4100 RPM(on a 1.06 hotside!!!), but that is all dependent on your tune and how aggressive it is as well as the rest of your setup. They are re-doing their website right now, the pricing should stay the same as it was. If you are interested in the specifics of the kit, send an email to Geoff over at Full-Race, he is the one who designed the kit and knows it inside and out. He will probably chime in here at some point.
