IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2007 Trader Rating: (3) | Hey you guys, I just finished installing a CEL FIX on the downpipe. The cel fix looks like this. http://i4.ebayimg.com/08/i/000/df/40/f292_1.JPG This cel fix is huge and the wiring stretched out which made one of the blue wires cut. So i put tape around that wire. When I was screwing the 02 plug back in the wires were twisting around so thats why I believe the blue wire cut. Will this be a problem? The 02 plug and cel fix are screwed in enough to not move. Is that ok? I'm just a little worried about the 02 plug wiring. I noticed my exhaust sounds different since I put this CEL fix. Does that mean that I didn't install it properly? Also I need to get my waste gaste ported as I said in the previous post because my car hit overboost. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. Also next time you mess with the 02 sensor, you should unplug it and remove it prior to install so that you don't twist the wires. If one of the wires is cut then it could cause a short. Is your CEL gone? You can send you turbo here for porting: Subaru |
