If you are looking for something stealth'ish I would go with the Maddad Whisper, I couldn't be happier with mine! It is almost as quiet as stock at idel and cruising around (it has a little more rumble than stock). Then when you get on the throttle it sounds great, hard to explain... I would look it up on utube. Plus it a full 3", unlike SPT or COBB

I think buying a brand new catback (without a downpipe) is pointless. You hardly get any gains for the price you pay. If you just want a better sound, buy a used axleback or catback.....buying a brand new catback for $500 isnt worth it imo.

That said, my favorite sounding catback is the Greddy EVO2. Borla Hush is nice also.

Try finding a used Prodrive or TurboXS standard alxeback, that will sound good and be inexpensive.

I would highly recommend the P&L cat-back. It sounds awesome! I don't think I've turned the radio on in the last two weeks since I put it on. I got the stock looking axelback so it's pretty stealth

I have a used HELIX exhaust here since you are in the market. I believe subiedude.com has some exhaust clips of how it sounds:FS (MD): Helix Turbo Back Exhaust 2004+ Catless Downpipe

APS R1. It only comes in a full TBE.
