I didn't know there were ways around it. I know Jorge knows what he is doing and given all the fuss that gets thrown around when someone has an atmospheric BOV (on here at least) I thought it was odd. That's all.

Ditto on the nice numbers. Gotta love driving around with a peace of mind knowing your tune is safe.

Good numbers, I made 323hp/364tq on their dyno a few months back with a stage 2 setup with GM 3 port and K&N short ram intake.

Wish I could get my car tuned by him. I don't know what kind of dyno they have but I only make 250whp/254wtq(Stage 2) on a Dynamics Dyno. What's required to get your car tuned by him? Do you need a cobb ap or something?

GM three port is an GM boost solenoid adapted to work on the STI.

Yes there are ways to tune a car with at VTA BOV, its just not recommended nor looked highly upon because of the ricer reputation it brings along with it.

Yes the stock bypass is usually good to about 26 psi. You might be able to run even more using it, but most STIs aren't pushing 30 psi with an upgrade turbo. I've run 30 psi on my Evo IX stocker with an Evo FP green.

Jorge usually tunes with Cobb protuner software. He will also tune open source depending on which car you have. P&L's dyno is a dynojet if I recall.

Well my car made 250whp and 280tq on GST mustang dyno. I added intake and removed the high flow catted dp for a catless and it made 292whp and 335tq on that same tune on P&L dyno.

Stock one is junk and doesn't hold boost up top very well.
