Default Car won't start, please help

I took off my intercooler to redo some breather lines that didnt sit right, i put everything back together and now the car wont start. THe throttle body hums for some reason and everything seems fine until i go to start the car, everything just blinks really fast and i hear a click sound. ANy ideas?!

You check your IC hoses, and check your fuses.

fuses seem fine, the IC hoses seem fine...I also have all the breather hoses on and everything. Did i miss something?

double check, the humming is deffinately coming from the throttle body

Just a thought but mabey you should check the little actuator that opens and closes the butterfly valve at the enterance of the throttlebody, on the left hand side facing the engine

no starter or anything? Just clicks? It's not the clicking as if you have the test wires hooked together is it? (Like when you marry an AP)

everything blinks really fast, i know its a short because it resets my radio's stations to default

Sorry I don't. It's extremly easy to see though. Big black square thing on the left hand side with wires coming out of it right at the enterance to the throttlebody. I'm just brainstorming though, I might be way off target here. ^^;

check the connection at the top of the alternator. If its loose it will cause wierd problems.

i went to check actuator and it is indeed the item that is doing the humming, but why?
