IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2003 Trader Rating: (2) | If you are boosting over 17psi on the stock EM you are going to kill your engine. That is definitely not smart and I know Dan @ Godspeed can tell you of all the people w/ blown engines that have done this. Get a UTEC or something before you do serious damage. The turbo is out of its efficiency range by 20psi anyways and you're just blowing hot air and damaging your engine. The timing on the stock ECU is too erratic to run that much boost. The only way to eliminate the fuel cut is by using the HKS or similar FCD (fuel cut defencer). However if you want to blow yourself up thats the ticket... strap that in and 20psi and you'll be going forged internals in no time... So im sure as anyone will tell you... get EM.Robert~ This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
