Default Fuel Filter

So what is the conclusion on the whole fuel filter topic for the STI? I've read a few threads on here and Nasioc and some say 90K, others say skip it, and some say replace it at 60K. In the manual it says its recommended at 60K and should be replaced at 120K.

For those of you past 60K what have you done? I just got my 60K maintenance done and this is the last thing I may have to do. I wonder if I should just leave it and do it at 90 or 120K.

Any input would be appreciated.

Default Re: Fuel Filter

I did mine around 60k but I installed a fuel pump at the same time, if you plan on upgrading your fuel pump that would be the best time. It's not hard to do just relieve your fuel pressure over night. The whole assembly comes up from the trunk/ back seat area with a little twisting action.
