Default 2007 Mod Path Sanity Check PLS!

I am currently at stage 2 and looking to add a few things before i go in for the first tune. ive been debating meth vs turbo upgrades and decided to start with meth with plans of a turbo upgrade in the future.

Car

2007 STi

Current Mods
Cobb Stage 2
K&N Drop In

Proposed Mods

Aquamist HFS-5 Injection Kit
-1 Colder Plugs
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
740 DW Injectors

APS 70mm CAI
APS Turbo Inlet

MADDAD V2 Velocity Coated Headers and Up-Pipe

Turbo Heat Shield

Thermal Coat Downpipe

Tune

I am hoping someone can run a sanity check on my list and point out anything that makes no sense or suggest an improvement.

daily driven.

thanks.

I would nix the meth setup and save for a turbo upgrade.
Especially for a daily driver where reliability is of top importance; meth is a losing proposition. Adding another whole system that the engine depends on to live a long and healthy life is not ideal from a reliability standpoint.

go with the meth, turbo inlet, header of choice, intake, walbro / injectors.

it will be one insane street car without a new turbo.

thats what im hoping.. at least to bring back the after the edge of the stage 2 upgrade is starting to dull.

is there a good reason to go with an aftermarket manifold as opposed to port, polish, and coating the stocker?

understood. with the turbo upgrade in the future, an FMIC will be required. i could put this off until i upgrade the snail. that probably makes more sense.

Sounds like you got it all planned out.

I would leave off the Meth and FMIC till you can get a bigger turbo since they really aren't needed for what your doing now.

Also the I would check out the MadDad V2 Headers...I have seen those things Jet Coated in person and they are a work of art. I have also heard of good numbers from using them.

With all those mods and a good protune your car will put a little more than a smile on your face...

Let us know what numbers you make...
