dynoplot of our twinscroll 35R kit at 21 and 23 psi boost - 15 psi by 3000 rpm, 440 lbft by 4000 rpm and 496whp at 6500 rpm. fuel used was a mixture of 91 octane az crap gas and 100 octane unleaded from the pump

this motor was not stock, its a cosworth longblock. the main difference between it and a stock motor was the heads were ported and it has cosworth cams. The bottom end is obviously stronger than stock, but that doesnt make any extra power or spool the turbo any faster. A dyno of twinscroll 35R on an internally stock engine is coming at the end of this week/beginning of next

note how early and vertically the torque curve climbs to full boost, 200whp & 200wtq gain from 3000-4000rpms

car was not fully tuned, ignition timing was wayy conservative since we were running crappy fuel. we will have a cleaned up fully tuned dynoplot to post in 1-2 more weeks. ill see what i can do for some better videos

The dip is boost dip (right after the small boost spike), the tuner probably used OEM spec turbo dynamic tables, and need to find out what works best for this TS set-up.

FR:

I would have to say I am very impressed. I would absolutely love to see this dyno overlaid on a stage2 STI or anything else that we can compare it to (20g, green, etc.....) I know that won't tell us the difference in transient response, but it will tell us something......boost threshold.

I can't wait now to see a 3071, or even a 3076 TS plot!!!!!!!!

Please, please, please.

Full write-up.

Please log MAP, and g/s (hopefully both new and old tune are very accurate in the MAF scaling dept) before and after the tune on a flat road, same elevation.

Also record the temps.

Pleas get as much before and after data, it is important!!!!!!!!!

no wonder why you guys did so well, thats a pretty stout powerband.

looks like you're getting 300 wtq before 3500 rpms. thats pretty impressive.

well if you look in my journal you'll see what i have on the car, it's not exactly stock, and I'm not running a MAF. but i will post as much as i can/have.
the car fired up yesterday, we had a few injector leeks , but thats all fixed now. hopefully Mike from Innovative tuning will be in on Friday.
