this may be a silly question, but do you have an exhaust, or at least a downpipe? you need that for Stage 2. on Stage 1 the power increase is not really that noticeable. if you've got the exhaust and flashed stage 2, maybe try resetting your ECU and giving it a little time to re-learn.

So you installed the TBE and K&N hot air intake, then used APv2 to flash to the Stage 2 map correct? And you haven't felt a difference? between stock and that? or did you run the TBE and HAI without engine management for awhile and just recently load the Stage2 map?

Your not suppose to run the COBB Stage 2 map with an aftermarket intake, read the notes that goes along with that map....

Try swapping out the K&N with the stock airbox. Any shortram intake will just let hot air into the engine.

i thought the typhoon was a cold air intake? either way, watch your boost you may not be hitting the target level and may need to flash the HWG duty map from cobb.

you can still run a cold air intake with cobb stage 2, there's actually proof that it does help compared to the stock intake...even though they say not to.

The Typhoon is a Short Ram and it shouldn't mess with the map enough to negate the power that Cobb claims. Did you install the entire Stage 2 setup at once or did you just flash the map after driving around with the parts for awhile?

short ram = hot air intake, sooo it's going to pull timing more often than wanted.

The Cobb is a short ram and they say it is okay to run with their OTS map...

FYI, I have a Typhoon and I love it. My tuner was able to make tons of power with no restrictions coming from the intake. AFAIK, the K&N is usually one of the better intakes in the studies that get posted on the boards.

Its ok to run because it doesn't through off the MAF sensor. It does suck hot air into the motor which will lead to the ecu pulling timing.
