You should DEFINATELY consider getting a new ACT/EXEDY clutch. I hit 400 awhp with a TD06 20G with meth, and my stocker started to slip on the dyno

Thanks for all the input.....too many options with these cars

Looks like Im going for a full Megan Racing exhaust (UP, DP, Header,Cat Back) and a Stage 2 AP.

Then I need to work on pump, injectors and a quick spooling turbo that can reach 500 HP or so. I dont really dig the idea of the FMIC, but it looks like a necessary evil.

I've got about 400whp on race gas with my green @23.5 psi, keep in mind a stock sti reads 215-220 on this dyno. I've got 70mm intake, fmic, EWG, (ewg is probably the best mod in the world) blah blah........shouldn't be too hard.

I think I will stop at 400, I just want the components to be able to grow with the car. I figure 400 is 'safe' then I will build a shortblock after that.

ha, you're going to make 500 with that turbo? Maybe with some C16 and some meth. That's a big number for that turbo. 500 WHP is a **** load of horsepower.

850cc is the largest injector for sidefeeds, you'll have to switch to top feed fuel rails and tgv's for larger top feed injectors. If you use Deatschwerks fuel injector calculator @ 80% max injector dutie cycle with 500 hp at the flywheel it calculates to 78.1 lb/hr or 820.3 cc injectors.

Can you modify the stock 07 and 08 top feed injectors to flow about 900cc?
