Does this uppipe look right (Invidia)

Just received this yesterday upon further inspection I see rust and the pipping not correctly placed on turbo side when welded. Two pictures below on one side you see the pipe sitting correctly the flip side of that the pipe isnt. BTW this is a brand new uppipe!!!!

It's an Invidia uppipe....brand new from the box!!

apart from looking really nasty and dirty, there is nothing wrong with it.
it just means that they cut the pipe before welding the flanges on. and they have a slight angle.

you could always use a dremel and smooth things out.

Damn my invidia up pipe doesnt look anything like that. Mines actually silver and not rusted....... Whered u get it from?

the used P&L kit i got wasnt even that bad

i thought invidia pipes were all SS, that one looks coated

wow, thats the dirtiest invidia i've ever seen! considering it was new in the box when i sent it...tell you what we'll have that one picked up and send you a new one, I dont know what the heck invidia is doing with new parts these days...but geez ill take the hit on this one!

Thats awesome service right there, and has gotten a future purchase from me, prolly for gauges.... as for the pipe.... i had an invidia pipe on my 03 wrx, didnt look anywhere near that bad..... i can understand after a coating, or some use.... SOMETHING, to cause that..... but not new

no problem boss...honestly i only sell new parts, i inspect anything i take back, i swear to superman that thing was brand new in the box. (if it wasn't there would prob be more threads about how i smell funny

) i'll get it taken care of no problem, i can't believe it! i've never seen that before...i wonder where "quality controL" is especially because invidia is top notch (i guess 99% of the time!)...must have been made on a friday
