Default check engine light p2009

hey got up this morning on mothers day and wenr to get flowers... well I got an extra good morning as well from the car when I started it.
code p2009 Can someone let me know what this means.
car has turboback and ots map cobb v2.
if there is any other info I can provide let me know. thanks guys Will

p2009 - "You should buy more than just Carnations for Mother's Day"



p2009 - "Intake Manifold Runner Circuit (bank 1) Low"

Check the plug on the right side tumble generator valve actuator motor. It's on the passenger side ride under the accordion pipe that connects the air box to the turbo inlet. The plug MAY be loose. Otherwise i'm banking on your TGV act motor needing to be replaced.
