Default burning oil

How much oil does your sti burn in an average month? I constantly have to check it I would say I go through a quart or two.

Default Re: burning oil

OEM pcv/breather lines = 1-2 qts per 3k miles.

DIY gatorade catch can + 5/8" ID breather lines = less consumption, maybe 1qt per 3k miles but with heavy driving it could use a lot, like a half quart in a night at the dragstrip.

Mann & Hummel air/oil separator = absolutely zero consumption

Crawford air/oil separator = a teeny bit of consumption

And when I tried both air/oil separators I was running a built motor with looser tolerences.
