the whole thing was goofy. he likely bought a questionable fitting used aps tmic which he let the other guy ship to him, not knowing whether it would fit. he asks aps for advice after it is shipped. aps told him there was no way it would work on a fly by wire. he is set up for tuning on friday and he wanted advice on what he should do. you can see my second post where i suggest he just use his stock one and be smarter next time. i thought it was pretty reasonable.

he comes back with an eye roll and then he decides to mention he's got a larger turbo as if i'm the great kreskin and promptly dismisses me with a "next"...not this lifetime. i've got boners older than him.

too bad. we could have been a great team, he and i.

how's that for a summary?
