Default Keep getting code PO103!! Please help!!!

I've searched and couldn't really find any info on code PO103, I recently cleaned my kn drop in filter. Ever since I cleaned my filter this darn code PO103 keeps popping up intermintently making the car bog and seems likes it's running like dog poo.

I've checked the connectors, made sure there was no water inside the sensor itself. I'm lost and really don't know what else to do, is there a chance my maf sensor is going bad?

Any suggestions or personal experience would be greatly appericated.

Thanks Alex

I don't think I did let it dry all the way, hence my problem. Though I haven't had the problem in a couple of days.

Thanks for asking
