Question my questions on stage 2 upgrade.

Here is a basic outline that my tuner has given me to follow, it looks ok but is slightly different from what I have read here on iwsti.
What I'm going to start off with is helix catted dp then catback.
Turboxs intake and cobb accessportv2. Then a protune.

(((((((((((((((For your car, you are on the right track. I always tell people, when you free up air flow, you need to compensate with fuel. Here is what I would suggest for a rough outline for the upgrade process: STi-Manual Boost controller is ok at Stg2 and up....Power mods only.....This is a very rough outline.

Stage1-
Catback Exhaust +Drop In Filter +Fuel Pump+Tune(Access Port v.2)... Run 17.5PSI 275- 285HP/290-315TQ(a tune at this point would be optional)

Stage2-2.5(300-320hp/320-335tq)
Stage1 + DownPipe +TUNE(required) + Larger Injectors + Upgrd. TMIC + Apexi Intake

STage3 -3.5(335-400+hp/340-400+tq)
Stage 2 + Turbo Upgrade + TUNE(req) + FMIC(if no TMIC upgrade) + Turbo Inlet/TGV Deletes+ METH + clutch +EX. MAnifold +lgr. MAF housing(dep on airflow of turbo)

STg 4- 4+(400-500+HP-400-500+tq)
Stg3 + TUNE/Hydra? + Rotated Kit + 2nd Jet ON METH INSTALL + Engine work....optional-pistons, cams, headwork, you get the idea)))))))))))))))))))

I have read from a long thread that a walbro 255 is helpful..
but I don't understand how this will help much seeing that I will not be replacing the stock injectors at this point, but somhow it will be lowering my injector duty cycle?? Is it worth it if I'm just staying at this stage?

Why is he suggesting a manual boost controller I thought the ap could adjust boost settings? For the awhp he is listing it seems low for the mods, maybe he is just looking to do a safe tune.. or he has done this alot and on his dyno his numbers are low.
I'm trying to start off with this basic stuff so I can reap benifits of all the parts I put on next.
I'm at work and my boss is busting my balls so thats what I have off the top of my head.
