| Junior STI Driver | Hey guys, Just as a reference I wanted to post the quote I just got for parts labor and tuning. I will keep their name out of it as I don't want judgements on who it is. I think that this is a very high estimate and just wanted others thoughts. It doesn't matter because I've decided to go a different way with the car. We did the perrin install on a Wrx wagon in under 2 hours![]() On the other side they are charging you way up market labor price. |

| Junior STI Driver | Lol, this thread exploded overnight. No, I'm not going to be having them do anything. They do quality work, I've had other things installed by them; however, I plan on installing this myself. I've got a couple of buddies that work on american cars and one works at a dodge dealership so that means lift access. Besides, I'm going a different direction because I can get the parts for a lot more power a lot cheaper. GT52 and Hydra |

IWSTI Addict since: Mar 2005 Trader Rating: (2) | The real issue here is that they didn't combined the labor on ANYTHING... If you are doing an inlet you have to put some type of intake on, it doesn't take any longer to put a big maf on than anything else... Make sure they have done a number of other similar setups... I would take issue with some of the suggested parts, but that's another story... Siegel This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
