Default High pitched whistling

So I have the Cobb Stage II on my 05 STi. Everytime without failure when I get on the highway I'm in 2nd gear I run the car up to 6K and get my full boost of 17psi. Everytime I do though I get a really high pitched whistling noise from the turbo side of the car. It only started happening after I went to stage II. What do you think it could be? I've checked for loose bolts, holes, etc. NOTHING.

Here is my setup {Random Technology Downpipe w/o cat, Random Technology midpipe w/ cat, Apex-i GT w/ silencer, and Cobb intake}

Just wondering if it's normal or should I be on the look out for something?

Thanks

Steven

P.S. one of my mechanics thinks it's the wastegate.

I don't think so, cause my friend with an 06 (same mods) doesn't have that sound. Only my car, I've had other intakes on the car and no sound, the turbo is alreaded spooled so it's not that, and I've had the exhaust ever since I had the car, it only started after the cobb install.

I bet it's just the turbo or intake. You're just not used to it on your car
