Default NGK spark plugs

im about to order a walbro fuel pump and i found some packages that include a thermostat or NGK 1 step colder plugs with the walbro. so i have to choose or just buy the pump by itself or buy all of it. now ive been wondering if i have enough done to the car to do the cold plugs because it says 100 horse over stock is whats required. considering my mods (list below) do you think i should do the plugs or the thermostat or both?
thanks in advance,
Jake05sti
