Your thread on Nasioc will be locked. I suggest you post your info over here and see if it is worth becoming a vendor.

if its going to get stupid like that, ill just get one made for myself. everyone is doing nothing but complaining about the problem, but nobody is stepping up to fix it.

Don't take my comment as putting you off. Nasioc's rules are just bass-ackwards. IWSTi is smart, Kevin will let you gauge interest, then become a vendor if people want the product.

dont worry about the comments, i understand completely. i also dont need the politics or money. this issue isnt new and i think the vendors had their chance and they dropped the ball. if they want to make one, they can go right ahead and do it. if i have to become a vendor to give away parts at cost then ill close the threads and just get one made for myself.

if you get one made for yourself and post the results(not exactly how, maybe some kind of impact resistance test) I'm sure the interest will be HUGE

they are going to be properly welded (not overheated) and the brace will be stiffer. there is no resonable test to show its fatigue resistance. if someone wants to take this over and spend the money on getting them made just to destroy one by testing it then thats great, i just dont want to spend that much money and time on it.

im sending moroso a new stock pickup along with all the pics of failed ones. they will make a batch of replacements that arent overheated and with beefed up bracing. this should eliminate any possibility of having a pickup failure from fatigue, flexing or poor materials. ill post info as i get it. it will be a couple weeks before i get solid info from them. by looking at current pickups they offer, i would guess that the cost should be appx. $50-$75. as soon as pricing is finalized ill order enough to cover demand, and ship them to whoever wants them at cost + shipping.

Btw since you contacted moroso, can you ask for updates with their oil pan?
