Default need help coolant level below low line when cold?

I have been keeping an eye on my coolant for a couple of months now and noticed that when the engine is cold the level is right on the low line, and when at operating temp. at the high line or somewhere between the two. Well the other day I looked at the level and noticed that it was inch below the low line, the car was totally cold at the time, I don't think I have a leak, just wondering if this sounds normal? The wether has become a lot cooler all of a sudden, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Well I'm thinking of going to the dealer and picking some spare coolant up, does anyone know if it has to be diluted and if the Subaru stuff is the best to use? Is there more than one kind?

thanks

I noticed the same thing on my 07. Low since I picked it up from the dealer. I bought coolant from the dealer and dilluted 50/50 with water. I believe thats what it says in the manual.
