I don't know I've called him 3 times (plus one e-mail) over a two week period (couple of months back) and I never heard back from him. Don't get me wrong I love my maddad V2 and whisper, but I wasn't impressed by his customer service.

Installed the 3" Whisper CBE. All I have to say is "AWESOME". Great sound and fitment. A quality piece.

Never had a problem with Rich's customer service. Great guy and was very responsive.

I'm assuming the 249 price listed for the Essentials Catless Bellmouth is the shipped price to the lower 48? (since it is more than the price listed on the website)

You can get the Essential Bellmouth(catless) for $229.95 delivered right now through the end of August. After that it will revert to $259 plus shipping. The $229.95 price is what is listed on the website right now and the freight is free(lower 48).
