Gruppe-S Exhaust Manifold
Free Helix Up-Pipe

The Gruppe-S manifold is a 4 to 1 unequal length manifold. It will retain your boxer rumble and features T304 Stainless Steel piping, mandrel bends, and CNC precision cut flanges. The 4-1 collector is cast to ensure the smoothest possible low rates. This header is dyno proven to make power; it will not lose power or torque in 2.5L applications anywhere in the RPM range. 2.0L motors will lose some low-end and mid- range power to gain more high-end power and torque. The more modified your vehicle is, the more pronounced the gains from these headers will be. The outside coating eliminates heat loss from the exhaust gasses (as compared to stock headers). Because warmer air travels more quickly and expands more quickly, this helps to spool the turbo more quickly
Constructed from T304 Stainless Steel piping, mandrel bends, and CNC precision cut flanges. Dyno proven to make up to 8hp and 12 ft-lbs of torque. The design of the Gruppe-S equal length manifold increses boost response. Spool up time is decreased incresing boost pressure at lower RPM's. Due to the exhaust pulses now being paired together the lumpy boxer sound is lost instead a smoother sound is produced.

Sorry I am a painter and I hardly even remember my last thought. The 08's have only a few dp's to chose from cobb, invita, and perrin. I had a Helix on my last STI ( suprised I remember that ) and thought I would ask because you never know if a vendor like you knows if something is comming down the line.
