It really depends on what you have done to the car currently. Going from a completely stock STI to a 30r STI is usually about $5500-$6500 in parts. Most people have some parts already so it's hard to say.

We do not. The 3071 spools up lightning fast, so it's almost unnecessary to offer a twin scroll set up which would come with a premium price tag.
