Its complete with cats, exaust heat shields, down pipe, mid pipe and muffler. All you need is a few bolts, gaskets and hangers and your in business. I am asking $400.00, and obviously shipping this would be expensive and annoying. So I would preffer local but would consider shipping as long as the buyer paid the shipping costs.
