i would like one that doesnt block any letters on the plate....

I have personized plates and most of the licence plate frames out there have the bottom section go up in the middle ( like pic # 2 above) and it blocks the letters and makes the plate read differently when u look at it

and ya + 1 on the basic black plastic frame FTW...I hate the metal ones

i think you'll have more buyers if it's a single edge frame.
in some states, any obstruction of the license plate is illegal (NJ) so those edges that go over the plate cause police to pull you over.
