| Junior STI Driver |  Get New CEL Fix? So i bought a catless DP over a year ago with a mechanical CEL fix. The CEL only showed up in between seasons when the temperature was changing. Now my CEL keeps showing up almost every other time I drive my car. I keep resetting it and its becoming a big hassle. Do you think that if I buy a new mechanical fix it would be back to normal? IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2005 Trader Rating: (77) | the mechanical CEL fix is basically an extender. I dont see how it can go wrong. You should ake sure everything is tight down there. However it could be your sensor. |
