Default What kind of Plugs?

Hey guys so I'm wondering if I should go a step colder then the stock plug. Tell me the Pro's and Con's of stock plugs for the '05 STI and the same for going a step colder which I've been told by a few maybe beneficial..
For the sake of your time you can read my mods in my signature.
Thanks, Jake.

Standard rule of thumb is 100hp over stock for one step colder. That equates to ~320 at the wheels more or less. Just seems to be the gereral concensis(sp?). Some one else chime in if theres more accurate info. Also this has been covered about once a month it seems. Search is your friend.
