STI UTEC: Software update is out...

I just saw turboxs has version 1.1c upgrade for download on their site. I'm going to give it a try.

How would I know if my UTEC came preloaded with this software update....as I just got it and installed it yesterday. Also, is the stage 2 map preloaded on the UTEC or do I need to download that from somewhere.

The instruction manual should say which map came with your UTEC. They only install either stage I or II. Stage two is available for download from the same web page. you need to hook up a computer to the serial cable like the instructions say. Then go to dashboard mode and it will show you the version of software and what map is loaded. If you don't have a laptop, you can pull the computer, hook up a 9v battery to the UTEC and plug it into your desktop.

BTW, I just finished loading the 1.1c upgrade. It works. Only difference is a fix to a bug in the data log for when injector cycle hits 100% (or so says their webpage).

??? 1.1c? I thought our software was 1.2 from the factory?
