IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Well if you want to rise the rev limiter, which will net you noting, well you can use open source. And heed the warning ... on a stock turbo theres noting to look for after 6500 rpm. If you want lunch control then use opensource path. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | If the timing is to aggressive then the aggressiveness of LC and FFS could make the engine pull timing while performing this operations. I don't personally know if the patch will pull timing from the cells but hell its worth to try, remember that this puts a strain on the drivetrain and will eventually lead to something broken if abused of. |

Myself, I use a UTEC (will be on an AP+UTEC when car is back on the road soon) and I leave LC on 100% of the time. Under normal driving conditions it doesnt do anything so I dont worry about it. I guess with an AP you could do the same. | |
