I'm gonna have to say its your BOV. do you still have the stock BPV? If not then i would try and purchase one before you go get your car tuned.

ok guys, i really appreciate the responses so far but as others have said, clearly its not the BOV because i put it on full recirculate which would have it behave like the stock bpv. now, does anyone know if the Blitz SUS intake could be causing this..its the last possible thing because I'm sure many people run catless stage 2 like me with no problems. If the ECU doesnt fix this, will Hill be able to fix my low end power loss during the tune?

Alright, lets wrap this up, here's what would be on my list if I were you:

1. Install the stock BPV.

2. Install a Walbro 255 fuel pump.

3. A cold air intake would be better, but I guess you can leave the Blitz alone.

4. Protune.

My 04 with the fuel pump, Stage 2 OTS map and a downpipe ran like crap. It was making 224 whp and 228 rwtq.......

Added APS 65mm CAI

Protune....

262 awhp, 293 awtq........this car responds like a pissed off cougar chasing a deer.....

Stop freaking out. flash it back to your stage 2 map, drive for 200 miles on it. Then draw a conclusion. Driving 30 miles is far from enough. It takes miles + lots of stop & go to learn.

So we both Told ya. I'm glad you decided to listen.

In the future don't over-think things and don't assume it's a mechanical problem right away. And be patient.
