Default COBB question

So i just got my AP in the mail and I have some newb questions, hopefully you can help me out. Here are my questions
1. should I put on my CBE exhaust before or after I load the AP
2. should I run a different type of oil. currently using normal 5w30

I would go ahead and just install the CBE and then reflash the car to stage 1.

1. Doesn't really matter when you put the exhaust. You *might* gain a small amount by letting the ECU relearn the new exhaust, and that will occur after flashing to Stage 1 on the AP.

2. That oil weight sounds correct.
