Arrow Venturing into wiring for the ECU

Im venturing into wiring a Aquamist HF5 kit and a Eboost2 into my 06 WRX.
I haven't seen a write up on how to get to the ecu, so i think i will make 1
But do u have any tips on wiring to the ECU? Any secrets that would help me and others out?

I will try to document it so it can help others out, but im sure a beginner so it prob wont be perfect.

Thanks

I picked up the HKS EVC 6 boost controller and need to find the schematics for ECU. The HKS booklet included is in black and white and in Japanese, lol. Anybody have a link to the file download?

there is a thread in the howto for wiring in the hfs 5 into the ecu and which pins to use. Only thing i do for wiring in the ecu is solder every connection take your wire strippers stripe some off about 3" away from ecu connector wrap your wire you are splicing it and solder away. then electric tape it back up

My question was really geared toward.. things like, "solder every connection take your wire strippers stripe some off about 3" away from ecu connector wrap your wire you are splicing it and solder away. then electric tape it back up" Not the wiring diagram u posted in your "How To", thanks for that by the way!

I didn't know about the 3 inch thing! Thanks for the help! Anyone else?

Only reason I do the 3" is you can still see the connector and what pin it is but its not in the way its all preference on how far you want it.
