Default Mounting AccessPort

I know i searched. I want to know what i can do about the Ob2 connector. It hits my leg while i have the accessport plug in. I'm no small guy so im not sure what to do about this. I'm buying a mount today for the accessport. What can i do about the connector sitting out?

nothing that I know of. I tie the line up behind the box underneath the dash so it doesn't hang down. Just use a zip tie and attach it to one of numerous wire bundles underneath. But as far as the box goes, unless you want to do an extensive relocation of the obdII port itself, there is nothing that I know of...

The part that you plug the dongle into snaps out of the metal bracket by pushing a couple clips, then just zip tie it up out of the way once your connected

This might work - an extension cable with right angle connector.
