Angry LC-1 help :-(

Hi there,
I've bought the lc-1 before a month and since the first day i bought it i wasn't able to log the data from it to the computer .
I've connected everything according to the manual and i got the optional led connected and the light come on with a stable light which means that its working ok... and i have connected the terminator plug (2.5mm male plug with no cable) into the Serial IN connection and connect the the Serial OUT connection to the DB-9 and connect it to the computer through the usb to serial cable...
and i use the enginuity to log the data but i receive no signal from it ?????
and when i connect it to the logworks2 it says "no real time data detected.....)
before i posted here guys i tried everything and googled everything.....
Ive tried to change the port setting but with no luck....
Ive bought another DB9 cable just to make sure, and ordered with it the usb to serial cable from the site of the innovate itself (i live in Jordan and i bought it from the U.S... so u can imagine the time i lost )
I've contact innovate and they sent me a diagram of the terminator so that i can check if it is workin or not but also with no luck
here's a pic of my LC-1

can u help me on this guys, cuz i am really confused and its very important for me to log the AFR so that i can tune my car over the internet....
thx in advance...

did you do the calibration? Does the gauge work? Are you sure that you have the right com port selected in lc1 menu in Romraider (enginuity's new name)?

I asked about all this and more in his thread about this on NASIOC. Basically, the computer sees the Serial-USB adapter and the driver is good to go, but LM Programmer (which queries all COM ports for Innovate devices) can't find the LC-1. So bascially, he's got a bad serial cable or a bad controller. He needs to talk to Innovate and get some support.
