Agreed, but how long is it going to take for the turbo to return to a normal rpm... 10 seconds !?! .... so you should spend money on a turbo timer for 10 seconds...?

No idea. I've heard that it is lubed well enough that it can spin for a long d*mn time.

Just heard this, no idea how much of it is truth. I bet there's at least a nugget there, however.

I wouldn't be surprised if heat soak from the car idling and not moving can make a disadvantage.

Does everyone run full boost in their own neiborhood?

Fair enough, but they why is everyone (on the first page of this thread) setting their timer to 5-20 seconds.... I just don't see the logic here...

I do, especially the school zones and the block before my garage. Nothing impresses the 8th graders and neighbors like boosting into the garage

^^^lolz!!!

I have it set to 10 sec's because it takes me 10 sec from when i turn the key off, get my backpack and crap get out of the car close the door and get to my door and then press the lock button.

Really its not necesary, in my case its just there as my very expensive volt meter lol
