Default Before and after numbers OTS then PROTUNE!

please post your numbers before and after your protune and a list of mods, also the year of your car. I am thinking about getting protuned next week with CAI and Catless DP. The car feels terrible right now with the OTS stg 2 map, sluggish, hesitant, and CEL is on for left bank too lean!

well on my base line pull with cobb OTS stg2 with

APS cold air
Invidia V2 catless
HKS high power
Walbro 255
i pulled and nice 280hp and 315 tq

after a few hours of tuning my final numbers are 300hp and 340TQ

I will let you know on Friday, after I get tuned. Right now I am running V2 OTS Stage 2 map with Cobb TBE, APS 65mm and soon GMBCS.

I have never seen a post with a comparison between a stock, stage2 ots and a protune. It would be interesting to see how much power is really gained over stock.

should I get rid of the Injen intake since the CEL p0171 "left bank too lean" comes on under idle, and under WOT the car feels like it hits a brick wall since it is pulling timing.

Could the left bank too lean code be caused by an oxygen sensor even with a foul on the dp boss?

On a mustang dyno and cali 91

Mods are
helix catted dp, top fuel zero 1000 cat back, injen CAI, walbro fp

Before w/ cobb ots stage 2
243whp 265 wtq

After: protune
275 whp and 296wtq

I was VERY pleased with my protune as I gained about 30 whp and 30 wtq and the car felt soo much better.

Just got tuned by Chris @ XX Tuning this past weekend.

Baseline OTS map:

267 whp, 289 wtq


Stage 2 protune @ 18.5psi

288whp, 330 wtq

The car pulls like an absolute freight train now.

Mods are:

Helix Catted DP
Invidia N1 Race Catback
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Cobb Accessport

Castrol Syntec 5W-30. Getting a K&N panel filter sometime this week.
