gotcha, but at an idle, there's NO WAY it's sucking enough through a dom3 to cause his problem. so we agree, for the most part.

Yeah, his problem is definitely NOT the A/O seperator unless that piece has some kind of a crack in it. Which I doubt, Crawford's parts are made very well.

It's partly pride. They keep EVERYTHING in the U.S.

sure, it would be cheaper to go to China....

I know they want their stuff made in house or USA. That partially why I like Crawford a lot.

One of the ONLY aftermarket car parts manufactures that do this is Edelbrock, and they have been around for 50+ years.

I've said it 100 times

I understand what your guys are saying tha the trims are way off and it not normal for the can to do that, a little but I understand but this sounds like a leak. But that is the reason we called Crawford and for them to brush us off for two day is ridculous and for the guy I spoke to Ryan to tell me maybe you get a call back if the tech guy takes a snack break is a slap to my face..You know all he said was its race week dude we have other clients and dead lines.. I mean what I have to have a million dollar race team to talk to a tech guy come one....

I installed one with no changes to the tuning. You have a vacuum leak, I would suggest a smoke test of your intake system.

It aint the A/O separator.

I Understand what your saying totally, but from Ryans mouth from Crawford he stated that he would not suggest adding this with out any modification to your existing Tune. He said he added one and had there tuner tune for it.. Just telling you what he said. He claimed that its not a complex system yet he said that

No way your fuel trims shot up +25 because of this mod...unless there is a vacuum leak somewhere.

The tuner wasnt the issue he just got handed the car and he saw the trims, he told me it was a vacuum leak my fault for not making that clear. But the shop was stating that it could be the can. So we just called crawford to verify and they were no help..

+power level over 9000!

Albeit I just ordered ixizhood (the hood dampers which are about half the price of Tein's and they look stock)... but every and any question I had was answered by email or PM in about 3 hours. This is a guy who stands behind his work, and is going to take the aftermarket industry to the bank on his customer service.

I'm this close [----------] to buying his ixizaosep...

So a $350 part effectively becomes a $600 part after the cost of a retune?

If this story is accurate I'm now glad I didn't give my money to a company with customer service like this.

Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.. It worked out in the end. But the way Crawford handled my question and what they said.. I mean to say that its Race week and my air/oil seperator issue is not as important as there deadlines is real SH*tBag move.. I will never purchase a single part from them, and it sucks cause they claim to be a small company and they make a great product.. But that F YOU attitude Will be there downfall at least they wont get my money..

Still confused with it myself, they capped off the Crawford can and it didnt show as a leak, when they smoked it with the can running reg it showed like a leak.. There was other factors to this so you know, the manifold ground was loose the whole time which was throwing things off etc. We got it fixed my main gripe is the way Crawford Treated me when I called and just asked for some help and was denied any help...

Back from the dead, but I had a thought. When dealing with the Element offering, since it has a breather filter, what prevents that from causing a vacuum leak? I may not be understanding the PCV system correctly, but I can't envision how that works.
