I dont see what the big deal is if you have reflashes or not. I was one of the first 07s that had hesitation issues(on iwsti/nasioc) My car has been reflashed from subaru about 10-15 times. Far less times than having it protuned. I guess now I'm flying below the radar.

I just talked to the subie dealer i bought my car from and the svc. mgr. said the AP wont void your warrenty as long as the rest of the car is stock, they sell the AP there at the dealership too.

Ok... Ask them again if you fry your engine. Do you really think they would be forthcoming? "Oh yes this product we sell will void your warranty...please buy it." They probably mean it won't void your -entire- warranty...but your power train portion will likely be worthless.
