Default Reese Tuning?

has anyone on the site used Reese tuning? The shop is located in Santee California. I am just looking for some feedback. Crawford is MUCH closer to my location, but I have learned from one individual that has an 04 STi (like mine) that Reese gives a good military discount and has been able to squeeze about 425hp at the wheels with some minor mods. Just looking for input here.
Thanks
Crash

Don't believe in fairy tales 425whp and minor mods don't go in pairs.

he does give awesome military discounts, and he's a pretty stand up guy. 425 out of minor mods sounds like someone's playin with your mind though... he's more geared towards evos also, so keep that in mind.

I thought that sounded too good to be true. I guess it depends on your definition of "minor"
any other suggestions?
