Default CEL on & Cruise Flashing

My CEL Stay solid while the cruise control light is flashing.

No code was found with my Access Port I, but I was unable to reset code off with my Access Port, it says unable to communicate with ECU.

Anyone know what the CEL/cruise problem I am having?

Also, can I remove a fuse instead of disconnecting the battery to reset the ECU?

I tried reset the ECU with the key in or out, and I also tried with the green plug plug-in and out.

Thanks

I shoud have searched first..but I guess I was abit too worry..! Anyway.., I have read all the posts related to this topic.., here are a few more questions..

1> If the access port isn't find any code, doesn't it means the OBDII scanner should pull any code either?

2> Looks like teh CEL+Cruise flashing can mean many diff. problems.., I am kind of thinking if it is a real issues.., then why does it happen more often to people when starting the car in the morning, but not while they are driving

Added note: If your Cruise light is flashing when the Check Engine light is on it's not bad; Cruise is disabled when the Check Engine light comes on.
