Accessport v2 really worth it over the v1??

Hi
I know i want to get an Accessport and know that they are great EM pieces for the money but is it really worth it if i fork out the extra $$ for a v2

v1s seem to be going for 300 sometimes less

v2s are prolly cheapest around 600 or so

WOuld just liek some input to see if it is really that much better, or just worth the extra money

unless you need to have the live data and other such little goodies id just go with a v1.. as far as tuning it has the same capabilities as the v2

i may be wrong, but I thought certain models required a V2. Is this a correct assumption? because that's what's holding me back from purchasing mine....that and I need the TBE for stage 2...

on the cobb website it only has v1 maps for the 04-06 years..probably best to just give them a ring

If the V1 is available for you year STI and you don't need the added features of the V2, V1 wins on price.

I have the v1 and have no problem with it. I am considering getting the v2 but I dont know if its worth. Maybe i'll get protuned and ask the tuner.
