Acessport doesn't connect? HELP

I just recently downloaded 1.2.4.4. It now doesn't connect to car anymore. I dont even get live data anymore.

check your dongle version... probably v0.01 and this means the firmware is not compatible. I did this as well as numorous others have. Only on one of webpages for the firmware update does it mention not to do it if your dongle is v 0.01 so plug it in and check the version. If thats the case you need to call cobb, theyll fix it under warranty for free. Ship it out and print out repair order. Took them less then a week for me. sent it out tuesday got it back friday, and i live in tx and did the cheap ground shipping. Thanks cobb for great technical support fast and free.

not that i know of. Just send it out. All you do with access port is flash it and its done. Checking mpg and a few other values aren't anything you cant live without for a week.

Hey man i have the same problem witn my accessport. The problem is the dongle version. Send to Cobbs tuning and they upgrade the dongle and the problem finish. Ok

My is ready and funtion perfectly.

Do you connect the green connectors to determine the dongle version, or just plug it in to the obd port?

shouldn't matter, you could just plug it into your p/c and can go through the info from there i believe.

Yes only connect to odb and go to information and you can see de version of dongle. The only way to upgrade is sent the dongle to Cobb Tunning
