Default Boost gauge flutter

Ok im experiencing flutter but before anyone flames me for not searching, i am not talking about the flutter from the turbo when i let off the gas, i do not experience that...

My fluttle is coming from the driver side and i am experiencing this flutter after getting a prosport boost gauge install... At first i thought the sound was coming from the gauge but the flutter is still there when i disconnect the gauge...

It is an electronic boost gauge with no extra features... the "T" was placed right before the bypass valve (i am not home at the moment but i will post pics shortly)...

is this flutter normal or does this indicate a leak from an improper install?

Ok prolem is solved... It turns out that the rubber grommet that is on the fire wall where the pedals are was a little loose in the corner so everytime i accelerate or rev the engine it would make a loud flutter noise...
