Default 2004 STI UTEC - does not get into 100% load column - ideas?

We were tuning a 2004 STI running UTEC past weekend and ran into a stumble. The car was not getting the 100% TPS reading, only 98-99% and also was not getting into 100% load, only 60-70% load at WOT.

We calibrated the TPS, it reads 102-104% now, all normal. However the car still does not want to get into 100% load column - only 60-70% at WOT.

This was never an issue on drive-by-wire STI's (05-07) that we tuned before.

Does anyone have an idea what could be happening that prevents the UTEC from going past 70% load and into 100%?

Mods are intake, exhaust, UTEC, alcohol.

I think I got it figured out - lack of beer is positively good for the brain . The MAP max value for mapping is the parameter that defines when the car hits 100% load column. Meaning that if the max value for mapping is set at 25psi, ant you're only hitting 18psi, you will never reach 100% column.

This should solve our problem, will try it tonite.

I all ways set the max map value so under normal conditions you never hit the 100% load column. I use 100% load as an overboost column and have the car mostly use the 80 and 90%.
