Who's tuning it? Dyno? Octane fuel? No leaks? I doubt the stock inlet is that restrictive...at 23psi you should be doing more...much more

1) Who's tuning it? I'm guessing open source? Otherwise they'd know if the MAF voltage was pegged.

2) I'd suggest getting a big MAF intake like the APS 70mm. My GT52 turbo which is slightly smaller than the Dom3 maxes out a 65mm intake.

3) Get a better turbo inlet. I have the APS hard pipe and you definitely can't go wrong as with most APS products. The Perrin or Samco or whatever silicone hoses are a good
Everything else looks good.

And it wont make more then 315whp at 23PSI. We thought it might be a air restriction in the inlet.
What was the limiting factor? For starters, what were your AFR, IDC, & total timing at peak power? And at peak torque?

How much boost were you shooting for?

For an 07 you don't need a big maf. I agree with the Inlet upgrade. I have a sz49 with similar mods, that I open source tuned 445Hp/485TQ at 25 Psi.. the thread is on NASIOC.

The OS platform, is a very good tuning tool. After hearing the full story(this week), I don't agree with how they developed it, but I have countless hours tuning with it none the less. I have a TXS intake and my AFRS are spot on. Remember the MAF table is not an absolute...it is merely a ratio. Therefore the g/s value is not what you are actually flowing. I would agree, however, with a competent tuner..properly scaled, the 70mm is a very nice intake.

I realize you had an injector issue, but I would make sure you have no engine issues from improper fueling. Any questions, I would be happy to help you out. Good luck with the car, I am def. interested what your curve looke like.

I disagree with using a stock-type 65mm intake on setups where you are going to peg it. I just firmly believe in not doing this. A 70mm MAF (like the APS or Cobb unit) will give you around 400whp of resolution. Once you get over 400whp you are going to risk pegging the 70mm MAF. At this whp point, you are going to need a 3"+ MAF. Please don't give up MAF resolution by hacking the fuel tables. This is a hack and, IMHO, it is an improper way to tune.

Would you guys still recommend me to upgrade my stock inlet?

What happen with my car is one injector was running very rich and other one very lean. Right now i got some injectors from Kito @ KAS Seattle.
Runs very good!
tuned by GetaDomTuned!

This was confirmed?

That's not a good thing that you were running 23psi with uneven fuel flow characteristics.
Were you getting a lot of ignition retard?
Ask your tuner to post a datalog, so we can either smile or gasp.

Id honestly like to see what kind of ignition timing you pull with that particular turbine housing and compressor.

So are you implying that I must have values of either 8.5 or 13.5 in the fuel tables to achieve a desired...say 11.0 AFR? That is merely not the case. I would agree if you are living at, or after, 4.85V you should upgrade to a larger MAF in order to maintain resolution. I would not, however turn a customer away because he/she does not have a larger MAF. I will keep an eye on voltage though, and explain to the customer the potential benefits of upgrading. As I stated, or understated ,I do not encourage anyone to 'hack' a fuel table and the 70mm is a very nice option. As a tuner... or former GM engineer .. we should encourage the proper equipment for the job.

The turbo runs strong!
I was driving in 1st gear at 5.000 rpm give if full gas in my clutch started to slip at 6.000 rpm. lol
i cant tell where it fully spools because rpm's just jump up with it starts, i see good spool at 4000 rpm.
not too laggy.

Fitment was easy! You just have to put something behind the oil return line (i put my knife with big handle there, that helps.
first i put in the inlet on the turbo secure it, then get it in the return line.

Parts!
